Aikido is suitable for everyone! All ages, sizes and fitness levels are welcome to come and learn.

We are a very friendly class and welcome new members so either come and join in or come along to watch, your first lesson is completely free!

This is a short video of what to expect on your first lesson with Test Valley Aikido. You need no experience of martial arts to start your training nor need to be physically fit. All you need is a willingness to learn.
